Fraction Walls

Students in 3/4A and 3/4B are looking at fractions as part of our mathematics program this term. Students created fraction walls to understand the concept of equivalence. An example of this is 1/2 is equal to 2/4 and 6/12.

  1. Great fraction walls kids. I am sure you have learnt a lot about equivalent fractions from them. I hope Mr Hawkin's has also made them with you on the computer (if he hasn't ask him to). You also need to ask him to get some 12 sided dice so you can play the Fraction Wall Game. Donna
